Photopolymers is a market driven R &
D laboratory evolved out of two decades of formulating experience in polymerizing resins. We search for solutions to
bring innovative and quality products to our customers.
Photopolymers offers one of the most comprehensive line of ultraviolet light, thermal
and room temperature curing products available for general assembly as adhering, tacking, bonding, coating, device packaging
and encapsulating in wide variety of industrial applications. In addition to our standard formulations, we offer
a complete range of application specific products and services that meet any requirement.
Photopolymers products are thermoset polymers based on photo and thermal initiated
co-polymerization chemistry of unique raw materials that exhibit outstanding adhesion to various substrates and excellent
resistance to moisture and organic solvents. The products are solvent free, entirely reactive, uv/visible light or thermal
activating pre-polymers that have instant low energy cure response and wide range of physical, mechanical, structural, electrical
and thermal properties that will suit almost any application.
Photopolymers products are intended and designed to be used in devices
as LCD, EL OLED, CCD, IC chip, Piezo-electric device, Mobile phone, Optical disk, Video deck, Optical lens, Optical fiber,
Interlocking, Miniature motor, Battery coating, Medical devices and the like.
Photo-Curing
product line or the PC-Line will respond to ultraviolet or visible light emitted in the 310-410nm wavelength of the electro-magnetic
spectrum or temperatures above 100C. A complete polymerization can be achieved with 2000mJ/cm2 of
light energy* or heat @100C for 5 minutes. These products are single component systems and room temperature stable for
>1year.
Thermal-Curing
product line or the TC-Line will respond to temperatures above 100C. A complete polymerization can be achieved in 15
minutes @100C. These products are single component systems and room temperature stable for >1 year.
Room'temperature-Curing product
line or the RC-Line will respond to mixing while dispensing through a static mixer. A complete polymerization can
be achieved in 8 hours at ambient conditions and a fixture strength in about 30 minutes. These products are two component
systems and room temperature stable for >1 year.

*Energy(mJ/cm2)=Intensity(mW/cm2)xTime(seconds).
Measured at the surface, 100mW light
source emit 2000mJ of radiation in 20 seconds.
Same amount of energy is emitted by a 400mW source in 5 seconds.
